This Shipping Policy ("Policy") describes the shipping methods, timelines, fees, and special considerations for shipping handcrafted candles from Anna G Candles LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

 

1. Order Processing

1.1 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

1.2 Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon placing your order and a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times

We offer the following shipping options within the continental United States. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and do not include processing time.

3. Warm-Weather Shipping Considerations

3.1 Due to the handcrafted, natural composition of our candles, exposure to high temperatures during transit can cause warping, melting, or damage.

3.2 Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to suspend shipping to regions experiencing extreme heat advisories temporarily. If your region is affected, we will contact you to suggest an alternate shipping date or arrange for personal delivery based on a MQO. Please get in touch with us at hello@annaGcandles.com

3.3 Weather Delays: While we strive to mitigate weather-related risks, we are not liable for delays or damage caused by carrier handling or extreme weather en route.

 

4. Shipping Rates and Customs

4.1 Domestic Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

4.2 Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is scanned as delivered by the carrier, liability transfers to the customer. Please contact the carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date for assistance.

 

5. Address Changes and Refusals

5.1 Address Changes: Requests to change the shipping address after an order has been placed may incur additional fees and are subject to carrier confirmation. Contact us immediately to request an update.

5.2 Refused or Returned Packages: If a package is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for additional shipping charges. We will contact you for payment to resend the order.
